On Thursday, representatives for Castlight Health, Inc. informed mHealthWatch that Doctor On Demand’s Video Visits with board-certified physicians are now available through Castlight’s Enterprise Healthcare Cloud to employers that work with both companies.
“Castlight empowers large businesses to understand and control healthcare spending and enables employees and families to make informed choices with a clear understanding of costs and likely outcomes,” the provided statement reads.
If you’re not familiar, Doctor On Demand lets employees quickly receive non-urgent medical care for minor ailments or injuries from their homes and offices.
The consultations can take place on smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.
Doctor On Demand is now available in 46 states.
